What’s your return policy?
Our laptop systems are customized and configured to order so no refunds or returns after shipped unless determined defective by NTI or the manufacturer. Any defects will of course be covered under the laptop manufacturers warranty. Adhering to their policies, the end user must work directly with the manufacturer on any warranty related issue. If needed, NTI will be happy to assist the customer in arranging any warranty repair or replacement with the manufacturer.
